I've drafted a few items that I'd appreciate any feedback on by this weekend, attached. 

One is an updated donation sheet (to be printed and inserted in concert programs, plus generally available to hand out as needed). 

The other is a first draft of a formal acknowledgement for endowed gifts (to be sent to donors separately from receipts).
