Matt and I met last night on the Development process document that I shared with you in late December.  The attached, revised draft of the envisioned development process reflects our discussion and my efforts to incorporate changes based on Matt’s input. 

 

My understanding is that we are meeting on March 2, 2026 at 7 p.m. and that this document will be on the agenda.  Once it has been modified and approved by the team, it will need to go to Tas for official Board approval.  At which time, we can proceed with its implementation.  I have volunteered to create the spreadsheets mentioned in the attached document and to work with Matt to bring these up-to-date to reflect endowment giving to this point.  We can then issue thank you letters belatedly to all those who have made contributions to date.  We will also need to work with Bruce Gelin to modify the giving page on our Web site to reflect the information requirements for our process and we will also need to create complementary paper forms for both solicitation and gift acknowledgement.  If we move expeditiously, we can be ready for the March 29th concert.
