You should have been added to the appropriate mailing list(s) when you joined the ensemble. Follow this link to change your mailing list preferences if the defaults don't work for you; the most likely case is that the list sees too much traffic, so you'd like to change to "digest" mode, whereby you receive all of the day's traffic in a single message rather than as they are sent. Use your subscribed email address to log in, using the "Forgot Password" link if it's your first time visiting, then follow the given instructions.
This is a private suite of cloud software, similar to what you will find in Google's Drive and Calendar offerings. Log in using the email address that you receive mailing list messages over, using a random password to reveal the "Wrong password. Reset it?" button if this is your first time logging in. Once logged in, use the menu in the upper left corner to switch to the Files view if necessary.
Sheet music can be found under the Files view by drilling down into the "crwe >> music" folder, and from there into a folder specific to each concert. Typically, each piece is further divided into instrument families, although the division differs from piece to piece depending on the instrumentation in question. You should be able to find whatever score is available in the root folder for each piece, which may help save note-checking time during rehearsals.
Archival concert recordings can be found under that same Files view by drilling down into the "crwe >> concert_recordings" folder, and from there into a folder specific to each concert. Often, there will be separate per-concert folders for lossless (.wav) and compressed (.mp3) files. The compressed files can be used by the player of your choice, and should have complete metadata, including track numbers, titles, composer, etc. We provide the lossless files so that you can transcode the reocrdings to other formats besides MP3.
The contents of this file server are for the exclusive use of CRWE's members and subs. Please do not distribute them elsewhere.
